I was today years old when I found out that in CC, prefixing your message with ! runs the rest as a shell command in your current session. The output lands directly in the conversation, where Claude can see and reason about it. Might be an old feature, but I never knew! Gonna have to experiment with this, but figured someone else maybe was as clueless as I was til the agent suggested it to me after I was pasting a terminal output while debugging. submitted by /u/xcVosx
