Hello everyone. I am turning 24 in a couple of weeks. I have never really worked out before. I did attend a gym 4 years ago for like 4 months before I broke my arm. Aside from that, nothing. To be honest, I feel like I have always been pretty weak. I don’t know if I have ever met a man weaker than me. I feel kind of embarassed to see men my age on Facebook or Instagram have this massive muscle mass and I don’t. Is that too late to improve your muscle mass? Like am I too old? Many people my age have been doing this for 15 years and I have never. Two days ago, I bought myself a 7,5kg dumbbell. That feels appriopriate for my current strength. Is that a good start? I have been doing bicep curls. Would that increase my strength? How long would it take for me to see effects? When I did go to the gyn for like 4 months I honestly did not see a massive amount of effects… submitted by /u/Various_Maize_3957
