I’m a long-time RuneScape 3 player who slowly lost the motivation to play. I’m maxed, with nearly all skills at 120, but I’d find myself logging in, standing around for a few minutes, and then logging straight back out. Over time, all of my friends and most of the content creators I followed had moved to OSRS, and RS3 started to feel incredibly lonely. I’d tried OSRS a few times over the years, but it never really clicked for me. I’d get bored quickly and realise it just wasn’t my game. Fast forward to last week, and a friend convinced me to give it another shot. I thought, “Why not?” Fully expecting to get bored again and log out after an hour or two. Instead, I was blown away. Everywhere I went there were people. Players were chatting, helping each other, and the world felt alive. For the first time in a long while, RuneScape didn’t feel lonely. I started looking up guides and setting myself some goals, and before I knew it, I was hooked. It’s been years since I’ve sat down and gamed for eight hours straight, night after night, not even wanting to go to bed because I was having so much fun. I’ve barely scratched the surface of the game, yet it feels like there’s an endless amount of content waiting for me. I even bought membership so I could explore even more of what the game has to offer. I absolutely love OSRS. It’s reignited my enjoyment of gaming, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to RuneScape 3. submitted by /u/RexiMoonshush
