CapCut – Built by TikTok, it’s Free tier is solid, clearly optimized for short-form. best for adding quick cuts, captions. Cliptalk – Turns any Script-to-video in minutes. great Talking video models. creators use it for ads, viral shorts and AI influencers. suitable for small businesses with no editing experience.
