Hi all, Looking for advice regarding issues and points to improve in my current resume, in order to find my next job opportunity in Switzerland. Came across a similar post on reddit but unfortunately couldn’t access the resume of the person who wrote it. Have a bachelors degree in behavioral and social sciences, and experience in business development and business analysis in fintech and cleantech industries. Speak 3 languages fluently + 2 basic. Based in Lausanne but opened to work in any part of Switzerland. I already identify a potential harsh reality of a discontinuous career start (psychology studies mixed with sales in an aggressive industry and then business analysis in a morally driven ecosystem). All experiences have been startups, and ended up in a similar fashion with the companies struggling financially to raise capital and firing most employees. Also, started using some AI to personalize every CV I send, but I feel like the resumes have lost their “soul” and imperfections, any take on that regarding the current HR processes? I have a feeling any AI spotted could be detrimental, therefore considering removing totally any AI written section. Thanks in advance for your help, lost quite a bit of hope by having sent more than 100 applications and having gotten 0 interview thus far. submitted by /u/theo_gdlp
