Excluding relationships, career achievements, long anticipated vacations/trips that we all know give life flavor. Backstory: I was walking past a couple dudes and overheard one tell the other about something “being so awesome” I don’t even know what they were talking about, but it got me thinking it’s been a while I was that excited about something or genuinely felt something so awesome it was share worthy. I’m mostly in a cycle of work, family life, other life stresses, mixed in with whatever little relaxing and leisure I can get, I’m trying to push myself to hobbies and overcoming phone addiction. I discussed it with my wife and she shared that’s how she felt about the book she just finished, and I thought that was a great point. It doesn’t have to be some big experience , it could be everyday things. I do want to work towards the big experiences like trips etc but was wondering what smaller things are people enjoying, as those are more reachable both financially, time investment. submitted by /u/ThrowinA2shade

find a forested/overgrown/unkempt tree/bush area nearby and go for a walk in it.
