So I went on a rabbit hole earlier searching on standard ways to communicate rules to coding agents. It seems that most Agentic coding utilities have a common standard in https://agents.md/ . (Google, Copilot, Windsurf, OpenAI Codex have implemented it). Claude is the only major player which has yet to adopt this standard.
