A lot of AI meeting tools still add a bot into the call, which technically works but can feel a bit strange socially, especially with new clients. I tried Bluedot, which acts as an AI meeting recorder without bot, and the meeting just runs normally while it generates transcripts and summaries afterward. Is there a technical reason bots are still common for this? Or are there other tools that avoid it too? submitted by /u/Doug24
