Never have I seen such shitty practices and I’ve been with UPC, Orange/Salt, Sunrise over the years. Sent in written cancellation. They call, ask if I want to end immediately, I say no. Now I receive bills. Call them. “In the system it was noted customer will send letter to end immediately”. Which of course I didn’t send because I said no to it. And even if I said yes and decided against it, the normal cancellation shouldn’t have been voided. Today the customer said “we do cancellations by phone” - yea, no shit, so you can pull this nonsense. submitted by /u/Pleasant-Carbon
