If so, when did you start? What are the reasons? If you need to sleep in shorts, does it affect how well you sleep? I’ve been sleeping nude since I was a kid. My dad did so my brother and I just always have. It’s all we have known. Had to share a hotel room with a buddy of mine a few weeks ago. We have been close friends for over 20 years, but he sleeps in his boxers. Because it was him, I didn’t care and still slept nude.
