AI infrastructure startup Sahara AI just released its roadmap for the next phase of what it calls the “agentic AI era.” The idea is simple: move AI from chatbots that answer questions to autonomous agents that actually execute tasks . Some of the things they’re planning: • a personal investment agent called Sorin that can track portfolios and analyze markets • a new Agentic AppChain blockchain designed for AI agents • a marketplace where developers can build and monetize AI agents • systems for agents to collaborate and complete complex tasks together The bigger goal is to create an ecosystem where datasets, models, and AI agents can interact and automatically share revenue when they’re used. The company already works with more than 40 institutions including Microsoft, Amazon and MIT , and says the long-term plan is to move from enterprise AI tools to a broader consumer AI agent economy.
