I saw a post from a mother having this issue with her sons - they had a stomach bug and it was getting all over their balls. Genuinely curious, is this an issue for most men? When you have diarrhea does it run onto your balls (or even further??)? The comments were split 50/50, with some men saying hell no and then other men accusing them of lying.
