My wife accidently did a 3 month subscription, rather than the 7 day trial of their AI software website use.ai. She swears she did the 7 day trial, but that’s whatever. When I see the confirmation email to us, we sent them a response immediately asking for it to be refunded and that we we thought we did the 7 day trial. This was roughly 23min since the confirmation email up signing up. Almost instantly after sending the email, we get a response from that, AI looking as anything stating it cant be refunded and that they wont bill us anymore. They didn’t cancel anything and keep defaulting to their policy, but given the circumstance, we thought they’d help us not, but nope. Rather than cancelling, they keep sending us emails about how they can work with us and tailor an payment plan that fits us. We don’t want anything, we just want to cancel, but it seems quite hard. IMO, use.ai is scummy as submitted by /u/thesysdaemon
