Recently , I have a female colleague who is my team leader , keep talking to me like I am a young person or a child . And she will do it in front of people in a teasing tone . For example , hi … what are you look for ? How can I help ? But it is not that kind of normal tone . It is like talking to a child or someone much younger who she is teaching or guiding .
