I don’t know if recent versions of Claude Code are broken or Anthropic is intentionally dumbing down their backend but I’m running into endless cycles of Claude: Running substantially slower than before. Making dumb mistakes, intentionally skipping workflows that it used to follow just fine a month ago. I haven’t been this frustrated with Claude since I first started playing with it 9 months ago (Sonnet 3.5). It has gotten substantially dumber over the past week.
