Claude automated github PR reviews are making bad reviews and then “correcting” them in the next review. I’ve seen this at least twice within the last 2 days. It is new behavior for me and pretty disconcerting. The flow goes: I create a PR Claude does automated review I address the things it called out and push the changes Next Claude review says “ignore everything I said last review” Here is the latest: Correction to prior review The previous automated review contained several factually incorrect claims that should be dismissed: Then it proceeded to list every point it brought up in the previous review.
