Tried to set up hooks in the latest version of Claude Code today, had great difficulty. Certain hooks worked, such as Stop and SessionStart. PreToolUse and PostToolUse did not. Happens in terminal on Windows and Linux. Hook command was minimal (write to debug file) and correctly formatted in project settings. Anyone else having this problem? There seems to be numerous issues on GitHub related to this, but also seems to be working fine for others. submitted by /u/ADT_Clone
