Everyone keeps saying “AI won’t replace you, people using AI will.” But realistically, companies can replace entry-level roles much faster than senior ones. Freshers already struggle to get jobs, and now tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and automation platforms can do a lot of junior-level work.
