Got suspended on Claude Pro (not able to log in), not exactly sure why, might be fast location change via VPN. Both IPs are in a supported location. Sent an appeal as I believe this may be an error and would like a review. In the appeal I did not speculate regarding the reasons as I really don’t know. What is the best practice of getting this resolved before the next payment date? or is it best to open a support case to cancel my subscription asap as the resolution might take too long and I get charged for another month without being able to use the service?
