Started writing a guide for non-technical leaders trying to understand agentic coding. It was supposed to be a blog post. Then I rebuilt SkiFree in canvas because I needed a metaphor and remembered that 99% of people never knew pressing F outruns the yeti. The codebase readiness checklist became a defragmenter. The 90-day rollout became a Civ tech tree. The economics section got a SimCity budget advisor whose portrait changes mood based on your numbers.
