24M here, I get a mid-life crisis is more typical in your 30’s and 40’s but I have hit really rough patch the last 2 maybe 3 years. The spiral started around mid 2022 and I have not been able to recover whatsoever no matter the efforts. submitted by /u/MangoManMike
