Not sure how it fits in with the guthix theme of raids 4 - but the idea here is to have an applicable upgrade to the harmonised nightmare staff that allows it to be charged with standard spellbook spells. This would allow a player to utilize the Arceuus spellbook while using the harm staff. With elemental weaknesses being implemented widespread across the game, this could bring back spark to the standard spells being used for combat in more scenarios. This upgrade could also tie in well with the blogpost suggestion for an ancestral side-grade that helps with elemental weakness. The harmonised orb is an extremely rare drop from an endgame boss that used to be considered the best or among the best magic weapons in the game prior to the release of Tumeken’s shadow. With a 1/1600 drop rate from a relatively lengthy boss fight - it deserves more love. With shadow and eye of ayak existing in the game now, the harmonised staff has fallen out of the spotlight and I believe this idea could help bring it back to life and help it shine a bit brighter while also helping justify its price range being between the eye of ayak and shadow. Edit: to clarify - this would be a normal reward, NOT the megarare. Perhaps at around a 30-40% drop rate from a purple similar to cox prayer scrolls. submitted by /u/3Specz
