Yo, I need some advice. I’m like 6’5” (196 cm) and only 165 lbs (75 kg). Mad skinny and my appetite sucks. I realized the only way to fix this is hitting the gym. So I wanna know from y’all: how fast can someone actually bulk up if they’re using a mass gainer or some heavy‑duty protein? What’s realistic for, say, six months if I train 3 times a week for about an hour each sesh, slam a 1000‑calorie gainer, and eat normally?
