I’m in my 26 with a very tough exhausting career. Most of time people around me are either really toxic or discuss negatively about others while being the same in that condition. Its been 7 years since I am living in this situation i had good times but most of time it is very difficult to survive. I also live abroad in cultural country and it is not easy for me to dissolve in the society or make new friends apart from my work place and I hate to judge but due to this situation around me I spend most of my free time alone and isolated. I have quite healthy habits but with no human connection, I become really difficult for me to keep functioning properly and survive this peak loneliness pandemic. My question is from men in their 30s how did you survive this crisis during your early and late twenties submitted by /u/shadowb3astxx
