I know this question has probably been asked a lot, but I’m genuinely curious how men feel about this. I’m 27F and a regular gym goer. Over the past few weeks I’ve developed a bit of a gym crush on someone who also trains at my gym. I’m guessing he’s somewhere around 28 to 35, but I’m not completely sure. I don’t see him every time I’m there, but I’ve noticed he’s a regular as well. He’s very attractive, to the point where it honestly feels like he might be out of my league. I even mentioned him to my friend once and she immediately said “yeah he’s really good looking,” which made me overthink it even more. I wouldn’t say I’m unattractive or anything, but if I had to rate myself I’d probably say I’m mid lol. The thing is, I actually do have the confidence to go up and say hello. I just don’t know if that’s something men actually like and I’m afraid it feels inappropriate in a gym setting or if it would make things awkward. I also don’t know if he’s single. I don’t want to interrupt his workout or make him uncomfortable, but at the same time I wonder if just saying a simple “hi” would be weird. So for men around that age range, how would you personally feel if a woman approached you at the gym? Would it be flattering, awkward, or something you’d rather avoid? Also open to advice on how to navigate this situation. Please be nice Thank you submitted by /u/Icy_Sentence_1791
