im not active on the AI world but i am someone who tries to spread the word of open licenses and their importance for freedom and community. i realized theres no AI sharealike open weights license, something similar to how CERN OHL-S, aGPLv3 or LAL 1.3 operates. my suggestion is for who understands laws and understand open standards to create the “aGPLv3 of AI” why i specify the aGPLv3? due to the possibility (i dont know about laws of sorts, so idk if this is possible) of enforcing proprietary closed weights platforms that use such AI’s training data to make it open weight. it is lacking copyleft AI licenses. submitted by /u/kinniefuyuki
