Hi, this was probably asked before, but I’m looking to get into working out and going to the gym soon. I don’t know where to start, but my motivation is to gain muscle and look better, feel better. I’m skinny but I’ve got a protruding belly. My arms, legs and everything else are quite small except my belly. I’ve looked into posts but I don’t really understand the terms used and all, and I’m not entirely sure if it’s because of alcohol consumption because I seldom drink (ie once every three months or so).
