I am a 20 year old male,…about 176–177 cm tall,… currently weighing around 67 kg. Technically I know this is already within a healthy range…, but I personally felt much better when I was around 59 to 60 kg…That was my normal weight when I was 18 or 19, but over the past year I gained some weight and now I would like to go back to that range… My goal is to lose about 7 kg (67 to 60 kg). I know this might sound unnecessary since my BMI is already normal…but this is just the weight where I personally feel more comfortable physically and mentally… What Im trying to figure out is … Whats the fastest way to lose those 7 kg while still being scientifically sound and sustainable? What kind of diet strategy works best for this (…calorie deficit, high protein, intermittent fasting, etc…)? What kind of exercise routine would help speed things up .? Im not looking for anything extreme or unhealthy …just efficient and evidence based methods… If you have successfully lost around 5 to10 kg, especially if you are a similar height or build I would really appreciate hearing… What worked for you …How long it took ,…Any mistakes you would avoid Thanks in advance. submitted by /u/ipshitjustthere
