Hi yall. Thank you so much for your input in advance! I wish yall the best health, wealth, and happiness! I am a 30F and I am curious as to how men experiences long distance, online only, flirtatious relationship that resembles more like a familiar friendship that has a flirtatious spicy kick? Just to add some context—me and him are in different countries and have “known” each other online on social media for 10+ years. Neither of us have lost contact with each other (via unfollowing, etc) and will occasionally struck up conversations. He’d tell me what’s something major going on with him in life (job, relationship/ break up, etc) and I’d do the same whenever we get a chance but it is few a very far between. Now somehow we got into a phase where we keep touch and message each other back and forth on a daily basis. On my end I feel a bit despair in a mixture of feelings, as I really enjoy his presence and just chatting with him, and I know this must put him in an odd predicament as he expressed his frustration about being far away on a few occasions and I acknowledge it, hence the despair. I am not delusional to think that he should do anything for me; I just want him to feel happy and provide support however I can as he’s always there, too. May I ask if you are in this situation, what would you feel? How would you react to it moving forward? Thank you so much once again for shedding some light on this! submitted by /u/Repulsive-State7304
