I grew up without a father. My mother is a single mom. As nature, she dates other men when I’m more grown up and could take care of myself, she deserved chances of love too. But it’s just that none of the men she chose I considered good. And they were not interested in fathering me at all, just dating my mother considered me a liability and an annoyance. So I envy guys with father and a good relationship with their father a lot. I had to figure out what it is to be a man, which is both a good and bad thing. But when I asked other guys, some said I’m actually luckly, they do have father there but they’d rather not have him, or he’s there but also never there at all, that taught them nothing or only brought bad experience submitted by /u/Hour-Tomato-645
