Great product, no doubt, at one point. That’s why I have been on the 200-dollar plan all along But what else do they stand for?

  1. Extreme arrogance: No acknowledgement for their service downtime (issuing credits, a sincere word of apology, nothing is forthcoming) Respect for customer: Absolutely non-existent support. Absolutely no respect. Be it cancellation of accounts, stopping midway in a long conversation because the credits ran out, dumbing down the service etc. Customization: Extremely limited Yes, there is one thing I respect them for - quality. From the days when Claude became online to now, I have been faithful because of their quality and now I question myself. How does it compare to Codex which has gone open source? And is much more permissive and respectful towards its customers. We don’t hear of developers getting banned because of some obscure ToS interpretation. What to do when they Claude goes down time and again, and they strut about because they KNOW they are the best and don’t give a damn for me, the customer? What to do when they come up with more and more weird ToS, and require a lawyer to interpret it? What to do when they lie brazenly about their product being other-worldly when it is not having meaningful evolution? Seems like the definition of an abusive relationship! P.S. Don’t bother attacking me, guys. I love Claude as much as the next guy. submitted by /u/Aggravating_Pinch
