Lately I’ve been realizing how much time I was burning just holding everything together. Between product work, client messages, and trying to keep internal stuff from breaking, it started to feel like I was managing a pile of tools more than actually growing the business. I used to think stacking a bunch of automations was helping, but after a while it felt more like I was patching together a system that needed constant babysitting. Messing around with MindStudio kind of changed how I looked at it because it felt way less technical than I expected. Being able to map things out visually and offload some of the repetitive work without getting dragged into code was a lot nicer than I thought it would be. Anyone else hit that point where simplifying the stack helped more than adding another tool? submitted by /u/Difficult-Rip7732
