Approaching “seniority“ and I haven’t really done any physical achievements I consider notable. Any ideas to strive for by 35 and definitely 40? My fitness baseline right now is like a 5 mile trail run, 20 mile bike ride, and 10 pullups. submitted by /u/Colorful_Monk_3467
