I bought an imported car from Switzerland to Serbia, and document (sales contract) it is written by the Swiss seller that the car has Motorschaden, meaning a defect with the engine?! . But the vehicle and engine are completely fine. Is this written in the contract to transfer the car more cheaply, or did it actually have an engine defect? Is it just a trick for exporting cheaper or avoiding tax or is it actual defect?!
