I do not look at any project that isn’t older than 6 months, no exceptions! Every so often, I get a déjà vu when observing a situation or state. The current state of vibe coding and building is remarkably represented in the following scene from Jurassic Park. I am specifically using that term instead of agentic software engineering. Since most of what I see is exactly that. If you look at GitHub or here on Reddit or LinkedIn, all the new “fantastic” projects that pop up every hour. Which are hours old themselves. Everyone is so preoccupied with how fast they can bring something into existence that they rarely stop to ask if it actually should. https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:ugcPost:7437853579769622528/ submitted by /u/vad1mo
