The only way I could even try to resolve a billing problem was to create an entirely new alt account tied to a different email just so I could submit a ticket. Think about how backwards that is: instead of being able to resolve an issue on the account the problem actually belongs to, the only option was going around the system with a different account. The new “improved” customer support was supposed to be real one on one help. Real people going through your case.
