Hi everyone, I would like to change providers. I have been with Swisscom for a very long time, but I can no longer afford their exorbitant rates (I pay 140 francs for internet and mobile). I like their reliability and super-efficient customer service, but when I see competing offers for less than 100 francs for high-speed internet, mobile phone, and television, I think it’s really attractive.
