With the release of 4.6 I’'m trying to find the optimal workflow to decide when to use Sonnet and when to use Opus on a lower effort level. When I have a complicated task I use Opus on thinking high effort, but on less complicated tasks I’m not sure when to use Opus with mid/low effort or Sonnet? Any data on the difference between token usage for Sonnet vs Opus? I have a feeling that Opus on low effort spends the same tokens as Sonnet, but is the quality of the output the same?
