If this auto-grat was going to the servers (dev team), I might be able to justify that. But it’s going straight to the house after they made record profits last quarter. We’ve been a regular in this establishment for well over a decade, and they try to justify the inescapable increase by doing the bare minimum of not spitting in our food (offering customer support). “Can” I afford this increase? Sure. $32 more a year isn’t going to be the difference between having a roof over my head or not. But I don’t want to give my money to a company who is so nakedly self-serving and tries to pass it off as benevolence, no matter how much I love the product. submitted by /u/ZezimasHousePlant
