I’ve got a question to people who are working out and are satisfied with their physique and that have some sort of chronic pain or disease that makes working out painful and/or uncomfortable. How do you deal with it? I’m almost 22 and started working out when i was 19 and i really love it man but for some longer time my health has been declining (problems with sinuses, that i can’t really do anything with and cause my workouts to be miserable and almost always ending with me being sick the next day also problems with my back) and i can’t stop feeling like I’ll never enjoy working out again like i used to. Every time i try to workout again i can’t stop this feeling of despair that things i can’t really control stop me from having fun and satisfying workouts. Maybe I’m just overthinking it and i should just stop whining but idk but thats why I’m asking this question. submitted by /u/Straight-Warthog6582
