When anxiety spikes, I do 5-4-3-2-1 grounding—5 things I see, 4 I hear, 3 I touch, 2 I smell, 1 I taste. Pulls me out of my head. Headspace has a grounding exercise, Calm guides through sensory awareness, and Notion reminds me it works when I forget. Anxiety lives in the future.
