Some people state that we are already at an AGI level, but most times they are laughed at for such opinions. So what exactly does AI have to do to be considered AGI? My bets: discover something widely useful - cancer cure / some good medicine / new technology (?) / robots that act like a normal human that we are not able to distinguish from normal people submitted by /u/Sea_Guidance2145

    How about actually being good generally and not somehow only at specific cases. LLMs are capable, but holy cow far away from general intelligence.
