There is a pretty common, and fairly accurate, stereotype that men find a hairstyle that they like and just never change it. I honestly can’t fathom never changing my hair, and I’m just curious as to what your reasonings are and what you are like as a person - for those of you who never try new styles. Are you actually getting a haircut every 2-4 weeks? Or giving yourself a haircut every 2-4 weeks? That seems a bit excessive to me. I’m also a guy, but my hair changes all the time. I probably get a haircut like every 4-5 months on average, but it can honestly be anywhere between 3-24 months. With 3 being the absolute soonest and 24 months being pretty rare (only if I’m purposefully growing it out). Usually my haircuts sit in the 3-6 month range. I don’t really understand “the awkward phase” either, because any length can look good if you style it right. So, for those of you that still have enough hair to potentially try out different hairstyles why don’t you? Do you hate fun? Is it just because you like having a routine, and a once a month haircut is part of that routine? Are you scared to try something new and hate it? Do you not see other guy’s with different hair styles and want to try that style yourself? submitted by /u/GiveMeThePinecone
