Jagex only removed this line from their sales tax FAQ within the last couple months “(any grandfathered rate will be kept as long as there isn’t a gap in membership longer than 14 days)” . That is easily AFTER customers had already bought the 1 year premier membership. Not honoring the terms of a purchased agreement is breach of contract . These agencies don’t even need illegal actions to make enforcement actions against Jagex. They simply need Jagex’s statements to be misleading or withhold information that would cause a consumer to make different transactions than they otherwise would have. These agencies are on our side and will do everything within their power to hold Jagex accountable. Make these complaints as soon as possible so they all arrive together at the same time.
