A stoat has been frequenting my carport. At first I didn’t think much of it, but I don’t love it pooping near my door. Lately my cameras have recorded it slipping in an out of my open air bike / garden room, and I suspect it’s responsible for killing a pair of toads near my wildlife pond. I’m all for letting nature do it’s thing, but I also don’t want poop and babies where my access my bikes everyday, and I don’t want all my amphibians gobbled up. Should I try to engage an animal control company to relocate this cute murderer? If babies arrive in my bike room are they protected and can’t be relocated?
