Over the past year I’ve noticed a shift in how people learn new skills online. Traditional course platforms like Coursera or Udemy still dominate, but now there are AI learning platforms that adapt the learning experience instead of just offering fixed video lessons. Instead of long lectures, many of these platforms try to: • detect your current skill level • identify skill gaps • generate personalized learning paths • provide short interactive lessons • track learning progress Some tools focus on structured courses, while others focus more on AI-driven coaching and microlearning. For example, platforms like Coursera or Udemy provide large course libraries, while newer tools such as TalentReskilling or Talentjobseeker focus more on AI skill coaching and personalized microlearning paths for workforce reskilling. It seems like the goal is to move away from static learning and toward something closer to a personal learning coach powered by AI. But I’m curious about real-world experiences. For people who actively learn online or manage training programs: • What AI learning platforms have you tried? • Do they actually help people learn faster? • Are they better than traditional course platforms? Would be interesting to hear what tools people are using and whether AI is actually improving the learning process. submitted by /u/Hyzz20
