Hello everyone. I’ve run into a problem with nutrition whilst planning my workouts. The thing is, I’ve worked out my daily intake of calories, key macronutrients, water and creatine, but I’m not sure how to put this into practice. How should I eat according to calories to stay within my calorie limit? How many grams of a particular food should contain the necessary macros, and so on. This detail directly affects my performance in sport, and I want to improve the situation.
