24 male, Just talked to my crush at the store she works at and this is my second time talking to her, first time was a week ago, but I glanced her multiple times before over last couple of months, though those 2 weeks were me actually talking and asking for advice for what stuff to buy. Long story short, I found my head shaking uncontrollably when we were talking and maintain eye contact I wasn’t able to stop until she stopped looking at me. I am kind of embarrassed unless she did not notice the shaking. I am overall confident and really social this shaking rarely happens, but when it does its when lots of ppl look at me at a gathering when i am talking and I have to maintain eye contact with.
