Hey, i have been burdened with an unwanted magazine subscription by Swissmedia Services… I got a call from them offering a 1 year subscription, i was preoccupied with sometthing else and just told them to send something, thinking ill cancel it right away (dumb i know). I was told you can cancel after the first trial magazine. That was in december, however nothing arrived during the next 8 weeks. The number that called me was unreachable, and i didnt know the company name so i kinda forgot about it. I finally received the first magazine on february 23rd, but i was away for work and only came back today, so its past the deadline… there was not invoice with the magazine though. looking at some reviews and stuff online, i dont think i can expect any Kulanz from them, so im not sure what to do. Part of me thinks of just not paying, im not sure how likely they would do a betreibung since the subscription is like 80 chf. Can anyone share some exeperiences or tipps? submitted by /u/Arvendetta
