Both me and my friend have tried our best to set this thing up using the provided manual, but it just doesn’t want to turn on? Does someone know how to program this thing? Does anyone use it at home? I’ve set it up to function every second day of the week. Turn on at 03:00, turn off at 05:00. Nothing. We tested a bunch of times and nothing works.
